Starting therapy can be daunting. As a therapist, I try to understand your individual experience and recognise what really matters to you if you are experiencing anxiety; depression; a sense of loss or isolation; difficulties with family, relationships or work; eating disorders; or any other challenges. Therapy gives us the time and space to reflect and find a way through things which may feel hard to manage alone. 

In therapy, we explore and find a way to understand your current challenges and feelings, some of which may have been with you for some time. I offer short and long term therapy, depending on what you feel would best suit your needs.
